The heart of this session is a powerful one-hour dance fitness experience with live drumming by RitmoFit XP, surrounded by time to ground with nature, connect with new friends, explore local wellness gems, and let your spirit dance free.
The evening also features a live musical performance by Latin Moon, an eclectic trio blending sultry Latin rhythms with soulful vocals and saxophone, featuring special guests Carolina Kohn and Julie Bluestone.
