The Evolution of Alumbra Sport Bootcamps

From "Booty & Beauty" to Alumbra Base




Since 2020, Alumbra Sport Bootcamps have been more than just workouts—they’ve been transformative journeys filled with sweat ~or should we say "sparkle!"~, community, and incredible growth! Each one has had a unique theme, inspiring our community to push past limits while having fun, staying accountable, and embracing a holistic approach to fitness and wellness. Let’s take a trip down memory lane before we launch into our newest adventure: Alumbra Base Bootcamp!


The Alumbra Bootcamp Journey

  • April 2020 – Booty & Beauty: The first-ever bootcamp! Focused on booty-shaping workouts and natural homemade beauty recipes. My beautiful fit mom joined as the modifier instructor, making it extra special!






  • April 2020 – Arms, Core & Beauty: Similar concept but targeting arms and core with home workouts and beauty rituals. We also shared delicious healthy smoothie recipes.

  • May 2020 – Mind, Muscle & Beauty: Strength workouts paired with guided meditations by Lorena of Lo Chocolat, plus more homemade beauty recipes for a full mind-body experience.






  • July 2020 – Alumbra Strong: Introduced our signature booty bands for strength training, helping participants level up from bodyweight exercises.

  • September 2020 – Alumbra Strong Vol. 2: A continuation of the strength-focused bootcamp with even more challenges! Healthy recipes were shared in our nutrion guide and the team was truly inspired and being consistent with their clean eating!


  • April 2021 – Bloom Into Shape (Round 1 & 2): Inspired by flowers and growth, participants were grouped into sub-teams based on the time of day they worked out. We celebrated with a picnic featuring healthy snacks, mini perfumes, sunflowers, and a special workout. We also used our booty bands!







  • October 2021 – 5-Day HIIT Jump Challenge: Introduced our cool signature cordless jump ropes for quick, effective HIIT sessions, warm ups, and fun cardio that brings back childhood memories minus the bruises.

  • December 2021 – Fire Up Fitness Bootcamp: Another fun express bootcamp featuring cordless jump ropes for high-energy cardio workouts to keep those holidays extra pounds at bay .






  • June 2022 – Full Bloom: Partnered with Renee from Spirit Rebels, who guided us through tapping sessions and meditations. Participants received a gift bag with essential oil roll on, a crystal, stickers, and handwritten notes. We also used the cordless jump ropes.




  • January 2023 – Alumbra Uplift: Inspired by the transformation of a butterfly, this bootcamp focused on daily affirmations, morning tonics, intermittent fasting for gut health, and strength training. We celebrated our growth with a cozy get-together at Encanto Café in Greenport, enjoying crepes, coffee, and great company! Some of us also reunited at our first RitmoFit XP indoors event at the Southampton Center...super fun times!








  • January 2024 – Alumbra Sculpt: Inspired by the idea that our bodies are masterpieces in progress, we sculpted strength and definition like artists shaping a work of art. We used weights as well as the jump ropes and finalized both Round 1 and 2 with in person indoor workouts and celebrations with healthy snacks and fun music!

Introducing Alumbra Base Bootcamp 2025 🚀



Now, we’re taking things to a whole new level! Alumbra Base Bootcamp is all about building a rock-solid foundation, just like a spaceport preparing for launch. We’re going even more science-backed than ever before, designing our workouts using the National Academy of Sports Medicine’s (NASM) OPT Model (Phase 1). This means you’re getting the best training approach to build stability, endurance, and strength in the safest, most effective way possible!


Here’s what you can expect:

3 Full Body Strength Workouts per Week – New routines every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to improve endurance, stability, and overall strength. 2 Cardio Sessions per Week – Keep up with your favorite cardio (like RitmoFit XP dance workouts and Sunset Joggers sessions!) 1 Weekly Live Group Workout – Train together via video in real-time for extra motivation and community support! Flexible Schedule – Workouts are posted early so you can fit them in when it works best for you.

1:1 Coaching – Weekly check-ins to track progress, adjust as needed, and keep you motivated. Nutrition & Habit Tips – Guidance to help you stay on track with eating habits. Private Group Support – Stay connected through WhatsApp & Facebook. Fun Giveaways & Mini Challenges – A friendly competition twist to keep you engaged and motivated! Final Celebration! – We’ll wrap up with an in-person workout for those able to join in Long Island!
