Born from Love, Served with Intention


ENCANTO Crepes & Café was born out of a simple but powerful desire: to share the good and tasty things in life. From the start, Yuri and Gustavo envisioned a space that was about more than just food. It would be about experience — clean design, intentional hospitality, and food that speaks for itself.




Their concept, which officially opened its doors on Valentine’s Day 2023 in the heart of Greenport, New York, is as elegant as it is grounded. The menu is focused, the flavors refined. They believe in the philosophy of less is more — honoring quality over quantity and celebrating every ingredient as part of a greater whole.


Classic crepes, made from premium local ingredients, are served both sweet and savory. Each one a little work of art, elevated by the best coffee in the world (naturally, Colombian).

We recently had the joy of visiting ENCANTO in Greenport and tasting three of the featured crepes they’ll be bringing to the event — and let’s just say, our taste buds are still celebrating! From the savory turkey crepe to the fresh and flavorful caprese (a new favorite!), to the perfectly executed classic crepe, each bite was a little moment of joy. You can see from our faces just how happy we were after that meal.
